Both services work great with each other, and is recommended for every household.

TrueGuard is rated for a minimum of 10 years of performance.

Ceramic coating solutions for interior spaces generally last 6-8 years.

Colour change film generally lasts 5-7 years.

While TrueGuard is rated for 120°C of direct heat and 220°C of indirect heat, we advise to still use a hot plate pad or trivet as standard maintenance protocol to ensure proper longevity and performance.

For colour change film, we advise the same practices.

Yes, TrueGuard is designed to be fully removable without damaging the underlying surface.

This also means that replacement pieces can easily be re-installed.

To begin:

1. Provide us the dimensions of your surfaces and select your choice of finish (gloss or matte)

2. We prepare and provide a quote

3. Pay a deposit for your custom cut film

4. Schedule an appointment for installation

Depending on the size of the project, layout and services, most projects are completed in 4-8 hours.

Large projects may take 1-2 full days.

We always recommend to let cure and settle overnight, though countertops can be used 4 hours after an install.

For ceramic coating, 12 hours of cure time with ventilation is required.

SRS installations and coatings come with a 1 year installation warranty and a 5 year material warranty.

Please note this does not cover any intentional or accidental damage or peeling.

Every installation factors in removal and reinstallation of any faucets, soap dispensers, drinking water spouts, taps, etc.

Customers can choose not to remove such hardware, in which we would custom cut around.

Please note, complex/intricate hardware may need to be removed and reinstalled by the client’s service provider.

You may use any non-abrasive, PH-neutral cleaner to clean your protected surfaces. We recommend just using a dish soap and water mixture.

50/50 mix of isopropyl alcohol and water works as well.

For TrueGuard Protection Film, finishes come in either a high, deep gloss or sleek matte (honed) finish.

For colour change film, the options are quite endless, with different colours, textures, patterns, and finishes available.

Any areas that need a replacement can be removed and re-installed. We replace and quote the affected area as needed.

Stains and etching happens faster than you think, and no liquid sealant/coating can fully prevent these from occurring. TrueGuard provides a physical barrier for absolute protection against stains and etching, allowing you to enjoy your space with confidence.
