Countertop Protection Film is a clear, durable protective film designed for marble, quartz, granite, and other high-end interior surfaces. Applied seamlessly over the surface, it creates an invisible barrier that protects against scratches, stains, etching, UV rays, heat resistance, and everyday wear caused by spills, cooking, and frequent use.

TrueGuard FAQ

  • TrueGuard is a high-performance, multi-layer protection film engineered to safeguard interior surfaces from staining, etching, scratches & heat.

    Designed and installed to invisibly protect your interior space and preserve your high-value surfaces.

  • TrueGuard is rated for a minimum of 10 years of performance.

  • Yes, TrueGuard is designed to be fully removable without damaging the underlying surface.

    This also means that replacement pieces can easily be re-installed.

  • SRS installations come with a 1 year installation warranty and a 5 year material warranty.

    Please note this does not cover any intentional or accidental damage or peeling.

  • To begin:

    1. Provide us the dimensions of your surfaces and select your choice of finish (gloss or matte)

    2. We prepare and provide a quote

    3. Pay a deposit for your custom cut film

    4. Schedule an appointment for installation

  • Depending on the size of the kitchen, layout & services, most kitchens can be completed in 4-8 hours.

    Bigger projects may take 1-2 full days.

  • We always recommend to let cure and settle overnight, though countertops can be used 4 hours after an install.

    For ceramic coating, 12 hours of cure time with ventilation is required.

  • Every installation factors in removal and reinstallation of any faucets, soap dispensers, drinking water spouts, taps, etc.

    Customers can choose not to remove such hardware, in which we would custom cut around.

    Please note, complex/intricate hardware may need to be removed and reinstalled by the client’s service provider.

  • You may use any non-abrasive, PH-neutral cleaner to clean your protected surfaces. We recommend just using a dish soap and water mixture.

    50/50 mix of isopropyl alcohol and water works as well.

  • For TrueGuard Protection Film, finishes come in either a high, deep gloss or sleek matte (honed) finish.

    For colour change film, the options are quite endless, with different colours, textures, patterns, and finishes available.

  • Any areas that need a replacement can be removed and re-installed. We replace and quote the affected area as needed.
